With our busy lives and technological world, where do we learn the skills for effective and civil social interaction? The social media technologies of today have taken away face to face interaction. Dumbing-down, crassness and rudeness are on the rise. Our youth are embracing improper social skills. The responsibility is ours to protect their futures, to establish productive citizens within our communities, and to develop the next generation of role models and professionals.
Modeling can and does develop a strong sense of self and confidence. Kids today can be lazy and are in danger of not grasping the potential positive perception that a strong and healthy body projects.
Mount Vernon Institute of Modeling and Etiquette is an eight-week program designed to give our students the tools needed to compete in our ever-changing world. While proper etiquette, as a curriculum, may not be an integral part of early education, it remains vital in business and most social arenas. Knowing the right thing to say and the right way to say it and knowing the right thing to do and the right way to do it, provides a tremendous advantage in every aspect of adult life.
The choice is yours.
